If I told you there's a way to start building wealth with just $250, would you believe me?
That simple premise is the mission of mogul. We strive to make the world's largest wealth generator, real estate, an asset class that can be invested in with anywhere from $250 to $250k in 30 seconds or less.
Back in 2021, I asked Joey to meet me in a diner in Dallas. I had a sweat-stained notebook that contained the thesis behind mogul. Luckily, Joey did not call me crazy, because here we are today.
When we were at Goldman Sachs working 100+ hour weeks deploying billions of dollars into high quality real estate, we were routinely surpassing 15%–20% IRR's (annual returns). When we looked at other platforms, they were bragging about having achieved 4% IRR's on their billions of dollars raised. We would have been fired if that was our track record.
mogul is the first real estate platform started by real estate investors for real estate investors; where if we ever brag about a 4% IRR, I will quit immediately.
